How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach with ground shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our replicas are imported from the Far East and then shipped from one of our warehouses in the United States.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please use our Live Support or send an email with your shipping address, the  item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them to support@samuraiswordsdirect.com. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.

What if the items is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As our replicas all come from Europe items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse, but normally you will only have to wait a few days. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at support@samuraiswordsdirect.com. Please include the item name your email.
